HB 2787 is basically a cleanup bill: it gives the Oklahoma State Department of Health $2 million from General Revenue to pay old (“legacy”) contracts connected to the Choosing Childbirth Program for the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2025. It doesn’t launch anything new or change policy.
