Do Pass out of policy committee as a substitute. Substitute adds that the Provider Search website must include a link to the State Department of Health to be able to report an issue with an agency.
HB 3390 creates a new requirement for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) to update and maintain its Provider Search website for home- and community-based services.
It would require the site to show more useful info for waiver providers, including a rating system, inspection reports, substantiated complaints, and administrator information, plus a form for the public to report issues. It mandates providers update their information at least annually.
Effective November 1, 2026.
