SB 1407 is an administrative cleanup bill for the Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women.
It puts the Office of Management and Enterprise Services in charge of coordinating staff support for the Commission and lets the Commission manage personnel, but only in coordination with OMES.
It also updates how money gets spent out of the Commission’s revolving fund, basically clarifying that OMES processes the spending while the Commission directs how the funds are used.
Effective after passage and approval
