What is it?

SB 101 repeals the State’s legislative preemption of minimum wages. Current law prohibits any municipality or other political subdivision from establishing a mandatory minimum number of vacation or sick leave days, whether paid or unpaid, or a minimum wage rate which an employer would be required to pay or grant employees. (Summary prepared by the Legislature)
