SB 332 establishes and gradually raises a state minimum wage. The minimum wage is raised in the following manner:
1) January 1, 2022, the state’s minimum wage shall be $8.50
2) January 1, 2023, the state’s minimum wage shall be $9.75
3) January 1, 2024, the state’s minimum wage shall be $11.00
4) January 1, 2023, the state’s minimum wage shall be $13.00
5) January 1, 2023, the state’s minimum wage shall be $15.00
6) January 1, 2023 and every year thereafter, the state’s minimum wage shall increase according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) percentage increase from the prior year.
