Summary of original text:

SB 469 directs the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to provide Medicaid coverage for medically necessary pasteurized donor human milk in both a hospital setting and a home setting. A practitioner must sign an order stating that the child is unable to medically or physically unable to receive maternal breast milk or the mother is unable to produce maternal breast milk prior to the recipient receiving coverage. The Authority is directed to seek federal approval as needed to implement the provisions of the measure.
