  1. SB 1284 (the “Exotic Entertainer Licensing Act”) establishes a statewide licensing requirement for exotic entertainers.

    Entertainers must obtain an annually renew a license through the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission and meet age, identity, immigration, and criminal history requirements. Businesses are required to verify and maintain copies of valid licenses.

    Effective November 1, 2026.
