SB 1135 changes the structure of the Choosing Childbirth Act/Fund to a revolving fund. Renames the fund the “Choosing Childbirth Revolving Fund.”
Proposed changes in SB 538 would govern the fund’s expenditures.
The new fund would absorb the current balance associated with the Choosing Childbirth Act and the proposed $18,000,000 general budget process allocation.
