Requires health insurers to cover the costs of egg or sperm extraction for individuals who are at risk of losing fertility while undergoing medical treatment, such as chemotherapy or surgery.  Further requires insurers to cover the costs of storage for up to 3 years. Permits employers to object to coverage on religious grounds. Does not indicate coverage for the next steps of fertilization treatment.
