Two amendments have been added to SB 1742:

Patients must complete a 3-month supply of the contraceptive medication before access a 12-month supply. 

Patients can only receive a 12-month supply of contraception that is meant to be taken regularly. 

Requires health plans cover a 1-year supply of contraception at time of pick up.
